Production Equipment
Our production line covers an area of 20000 square meters, and our main processing equipment includes machining centers, 25 CNC lathes, CNC milling machines, and 8 drilling and tapping machines, drilling machines,All production machine are under high level of automatization. At the same time, it effectively ensures the processing quality of the product, day capacity reach 5000-8000 pcs.
The CNC is equipped with an integrated rotary chuck, which completes the key process in all in one clamping, ensuring the maximum positional tolerance of the product and improving the machining accuracy of the product.
The company currently has 4 automatic assembly lines for slack adjuster, 2 assembly lines for wedge expanders, and 2 assembly lines for calipers; All key quality processes can achieve 100% testing to ensure the consistency of product quality to the greatest extent possible, with a daily assembly of 5000-6000 pieces.
