The manual adjustment arm operates by moving an adjustment rod either forward or backward, thereby altering the length and position of the support arm to facilitate the movement and positioning of an object.

In practical operation, the adjustment rod is first moved to the desired position; subsequently, an adjustment screw is utilized to firmly secure the support arm to the rod. Following this, the manual adjustment arm is fixed in place using mounting screws, and the object requiring adjustment is placed upon the mounting base to undergo the necessary adjustments.
